●About travel expenses
Nationwide business trips available
・Free for travel within 1 hour one way from Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
・From Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, within 1 hour to 2.5 hours, from ¥5,500
・For other locations outside the prefecture, we will charge the actual cost of transportation plus a flat rate of ¥11,000 for business trips.
*If travel expenses are included in the plan, no charge will be incurred.
●Additional charges on weekends and holidays
If the shoot takes place on weekends, national holidays, Golden Week, or the Obon holiday period, an additional fee of ¥22,000 (tax included) will be charged.

●About admission fees to filming locations
When taking photographs on location, there are some locations where you will be required to pay a "photography fee" to shrines and other religious institutions.
If additional fees such as entrance fees or facility usage fees are incurred at the desired shooting location, we ask that you also cover these for the photographer.

●About reservations and payments
Once the details and date have been officially decided, please transfer the reservation fee of 30,000 yen to complete your reservation.
*The reservation fee cannot be refunded for any reason in the event of cancellation due to customer convenience.
Before the deposit is transferred, the reservation will be provisional (the date will be reserved).
Detailed discussion will take place after the reservation is completed (deposit payment completed).
During the tentative reservation period, we may be forced to ask you to change the shooting date for our own reasons.
In the event of cancellation due to reasons of the photographer, we will refund the full amount, including the reservation fee.
(In the case of coronavirus, sudden illness, unexpected accidents, etc.)
Reservations for photo shoots can be made up to six months in advance.
Reservations are accepted via our official LINE account.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
●About filming location permission applications
Depending on the location you wish to shoot at, you may need to obtain permission in advance (especially at shrines, etc.).
Please check in advance whether you are able to take the photos on-site.
In addition, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred in this regard.
Regarding postponement
If you wish to postpone the shoot for personal reasons, you may do so up to two months prior to the shoot date free of charge.
Changes between 2 months and 1 month prior to the shoot date will incur a 30% charge.
If you change the date between 1 month and 3 days before the shoot date, 50% of the shoot fee will be charged.
If you make changes between 2 days prior to the shoot and on the day of the shoot, a change fee of 100% of the shoot fee will be charged.
The extension period is up to one year from the initial scheduled shooting date.
If the photo shoot date is postponed due to rain, bad weather, or illness, it can be rescheduled free of charge.
If the shoot date needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, etc., we will arrange the earliest possible date that is convenient for you.
*There will be no changes at the same time next year. I cannot accept it.
If the expiration date has passed, your order will be cancelled.
●Cancellation policy
The cancellation fee for cancellations due to customer reasons after a reservation has been confirmed is as follows.
- From confirmed reservation until 1 month before... Reservation fee
- 1 month to 2 weeks in advance: 50% of the invoice amount
- 2 weeks before to the day of the event: 100% of the invoice amount
If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us separately.
Regarding returns
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
If there are any issues with the colour or you are not satisfied with the finish, we will correct the colour again.
*Facial and body shape corrections are not available.
If you wish, this may be possible at an additional charge.
●Other
Injuries, accidents, illnesses, etc. that occur during filming
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur after the shoot as a result of the shoot, regardless of whether this was intentional or unintentional.
In addition, if unforeseen circumstances occur that make filming impossible, such as equipment damage, unexpected accidents or illness, traffic jams or delays due to transportation paralysis, natural disasters, etc., we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements, but the maximum refund will be the amount received and we will not be able to pay any more compensation than that.
This has never happened before and we always take great care, but please be aware of this.
