How many months in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance of the desired photo shoot date.

Can I bring in my own costumes, hair and makeup, etc.? If so, will there be a fee?

There is no charge for bringing in your own items. Please bring your favorite costumes, accessories, etc.
Is it possible to have my hair and makeup done at a beauty salon or other similar facility before the photoshoot?

Do you have costume rentals? Can I try them on?
Dresses, Japanese clothing, and tuxedos are available for rental.

What if I want to film somewhere that requires a filming permit?
If you are filming at a location that requires a filming permit, please apply for the permit yourself in advance.
Any costs incurred in this regard will be borne by the customer.
In addition, if the plan does not include a place to get ready, you will need to secure a place to get ready yourself.

The data that was delivered to me has been deleted, so I would like it to be delivered again. Is this possible?
The storage period for delivered data is one year.
We can re-deliver the product within one year.

Can the shoot be postponed?
If you wish to postpone the shoot for personal reasons, you may do so up to two months prior to the shoot date free of charge.
Changes made between 2 months and 1 month prior to the shoot will incur a 30% charge, changes made between 1 month and 3 days prior to the shoot will incur a 50% charge,
If you make changes between 2 days prior to the shoot and on the day of the shoot, a change fee of 100% of the shoot fee will be charged.
The extension period is up to one year from the date of the initial photo shoot.
If more than one year has passed, you will be asked to apply again.
We will postpone the event free of charge in the event of rain or bad weather.
If I have to cancel, how much will it cost?
The cancellation fees are as follows:
Reservation confirmed - up to 1 month before... Reservation fee
1 month to 2 weeks in advance: 50% of the invoice amount
2 weeks to the day before: 70% of the invoice amount

●About travel expenses
Nationwide business trips available
・Free for travel within 60 minutes one way from Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture.
・From Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, within 60 minutes and up to 1.5 hours one way, from ¥3,300
・For other locations outside the prefecture, we will charge the actual cost of transportation plus a flat rate of ¥11,000 for business trips.
*If travel expenses are included in the plan, no charge will be incurred.

●About various options
Plans other than Japanese style clothing do not include costumes, hair and makeup, bouquets, or other accessories.
You can bring your own or we can show you.

●About admission fees to filming locations
When taking photos on-site, there are some locations where you will be required to pay a "photography fee" to the shrine.
If additional fees such as entrance fees or facility usage fees are incurred at the desired shooting location, we ask that you also cover these for the photographer.

●About reservations and payments
Once the details and date have been officially decided, please transfer the reservation fee of 20,000 yen to complete your reservation.
*The reservation fee is non- refundable for any reason in the event of cancellation due to customer convenience.
Before the deposit is transferred, the reservation will be provisional (the date will be reserved).
Detailed discussion will take place after the reservation is completed (deposit payment completed).
During the tentative reservation period, we may be forced to ask you to change the shooting date for our own reasons.
In the event of cancellation due to reasons of the photographer, we will refund the full amount, including the reservation fee.
(In the case of coronavirus, sudden illness, unexpected accidents, etc.)
Reservations for photo shoots can be made up to six months in advance.

Regarding postponement

●Cancellation policy

Regarding returns
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
If there are any issues with the colour or you are not satisfied with the finish, we will correct the colour again.
*We do not generally offer face-slimming or body shape corrections.
If desired, this may be possible at an additional charge.
●Other
Injuries, accidents, illnesses, etc. that occur during filming
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur after the shoot as a result of the shoot, regardless of whether they were intentional or unintentional.
In addition, if unforeseen circumstances such as equipment damage, unexpected accidents or illness, traffic jams or delays due to transportation paralysis, natural disasters, etc. occur and filming is impossible, we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements, but the maximum refund will be the amount received and we will not be able to pay any more compensation than that.
This has never happened before and we always take great care, but please be aware of this.
