How many months in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to four months in advance of the desired shooting date.

Do you have small items available for rental?

Yes, we can provide the following services free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you require them.

Do you have costume rentals?

At this time, we do not have costume rentals available.

My child can't sit still. Is this ok?

There is absolutely no problem!

It's natural that you can't stay still, so there's no need to worry.

We always aim to have fun while taking photos with the children.

We would appreciate it if you could make sure that parents can enjoy the photo shoot with them on the day.

Are there any other costs besides the shooting fee?

Depending on the location of the shoot, we may charge an additional travel fee.

When shooting at facilities that incur a shooting fee or locations that require a separate admission fee,

What if I want to film somewhere that requires a filming permit?

If you are filming at a location that requires a filming permit, please apply for the permit yourself in advance.

Any costs incurred in this regard will be borne by the customer.

Can the shoot be postponed?

Yes, it is possible.

If it is difficult to shoot due to rain, bad weather, or illness, we can reschedule the shoot date free of charge.

The data that was delivered to me has been deleted, so I would like it to be delivered again. Is this possible?

The storage period for delivered data is one year.

We can re-deliver the product within one year.

We may delete data that is older than one year.

Once you receive the data, please store it in a safe place.

If I need to cancel, will there be a cancellation fee?

The cancellation fee is as follows:

1 month to 2 weeks before: 30% of the shooting fee

2 weeks to the day before: 50% of the shooting fee

On the day: 100% of the shooting fee

If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as poor health, please contact us.
